Foreign Aid/Grant
In the Brazilian Foreign Aid Policy it is important to show contribution to promotion of global development, mainly with Africa, Latin America, and Asia. Brazil has partnered up with about seven countries. For example, the Ministry of Health is a type of foreign aid that has established several bilateral agreements with developing nations based on technical contribution. In Brazil and other South American countries, it is based on management of public health that shows examples of a universal right and duty of the State, equal treatment, full medical service, universality of coverage of public health services, social participation and control, and the availability of cost-free services. However, this is only one example.
Environmental Issues
Brazil may be a beautiful destination, although just like many countries it has some enviormental issues. The types of environmental issues are Deforestation, Acid Rain, Endangered Species, Air Pollution, and Waste Disposal. Deforestation greatly increases the risk of climate change. If an area receives an ongoing cycle of Acid Rain, the natural pH level of its soil and water changes, which limits the plants and animals that can live there. Due to the fertile conditions of Brazil, it has always been the home of many different and unique animal and plant species. Air pollution causes there to be a spread of harmful pollution throughout the air. Waste Disposals causes natural areas to have to be reduced and the soil in and around the landfills becomes toxic, or unable to sustain life.
